1. double click "RunAsDate"

2. beside Application to run: click browser

3. Search for the shortcut of the file or the .exe (application) itself

4. beside Date/Time: select the year, month and day of when u want the
application to start working from.

5. click create desktop shortcut to create a shortuct on the desktop

6. click run or click close and then find shortcut and double clidk
